Is Intermittent Fasting right for you?

For the past 5 years I've focused my nutrition research, study, self-practice and coaching on intermittent fasting. What did I discover? It is hands down THE best nutrition system for the following key reasons:

In this article for the Huffington Post Canada I wrote about my struggles from a young age with nutrition, diets and weight loss. As someone who has had a disordered and frustrating relationship with eating, intermittent fasting has allowed me to dramatically improve this relationship to a very positive one. I LOVE to eat (who doesn't?) but I also want to take care of my health, look great and be able to feel my best today at age 40 and hopefully into triple digits one day! It's why I feel very passionate about helping others discover, learn and explore the health benefits of fasting NOT just through the lens of fitness and fat loss, but for overall health, happiness and disease-free and independent living.
