I am a 62-year-old man who has been pretty hard on his body. In my mid 50’s I needed two total hip replacements and two rotator cuff repairs. That and a lot of other pulled muscles and strained ligaments. Through all of this, Cassie at TT Health Centre has been magnificent. Their hands-on approach (literally), expert knowledge, and professionalism have enabled me to continue to work out 5-6 times a week and get into the best shape of my life. Without their efforts, this would not have been possible. I can’t recommend them enough.
